Hi Brian - having a Periodic Table wall chart isn't cheating - just good 
material science protocol! Sorry, can't do much about electron speed but 
the law of averages will help on that over time.

The problem here is that unless Dave has a trick up his sleeve, I 
replied, within a minute of receiving the question, I sent my answer yet 
it is time dated 13 minutes after the question, with two others having 
beaten me by 3 minutes. Guess e-mailing is slow when it has to pass 
through umpteen nodes. And yes, I have a periodic table wall chart above 
my desk! :)
