Hi Brian,
They do affect the producibility levels. They also affect reliability and
that's one of the major factors of the different classes.

calls out as Class 1,2,3. Why are the minimum blind/buried via hole sizes
referenced to the performance classification? Shouldn't they reference
producibility levels A,B,C?
