Both lithium and sodium have a specific gravity less than 1. We all know that sodium is essential to life. Having lived in West Bend, WI for many years, I learned that the beer from the local brewery was named Lithia because of the naturally occurring lithium in the water. I say that if it's in the beer, it's essential to life. The correct answer must be lithium. ;=)
