Thank you very much for giving me right path to solve our machine issues. This machine is circa 1997 and needs upgrade per SCS Tech whom I spoke with this afternoon. The service technician will come by next week to evaluate this machine.

Have you considered bringing SCS people in to renovate or refurbish the machine.  Quite often, automated coating machines may not get the preventative maintenance they need.  I know PVA techs can come in and do a tune up on their machines.  Perhaps SCS will do the same.

Hi all,

I am seeking feedback from the experts about conformal coating machine.

We need to buy a new conformal coating machine. The old machine (Specialty Coating System Model SCS-4398) from our other facility has been transferred to our plant. However, it is not really working good. We are using Dymax 987 Conformal Coating material.

I would like feedback from the Forum as to which vendors you might recommend.
