LTCC - Low Temp Co-fired Ceramic - specialized thick film conductives of Ag,
Au, PtPdAu, PdAg's, etc. Capable of cavities, imbedded caps, some
resistives, internal channels [fluidic] etc. Similar to HTCC but fires in a
lower processing range of 800-1000°C. Fine line capability, the whole
enchilada.

external plating. Cu/Ag eutectic brazing
