Bob,

Using a component counting machine is about the easiest way out there. They range in cost from $350 to $1500.

Subject: [TN] Measuring a few parts on cut tape many times over

Dear Technetters:

For those of you doing protos who deal with "cut tape" as a feed in to the feeder is there an easy way to count the number of parts each and every time? It takes a lot of time to count these parts (and it is soooo boring) and then cut the strip to the correct size.

Thanks!

Bob W
