Subject: [TN] small grinder-polisher for PCB microsections
TechNetters, anyone out there have any experience with Allied High Tech products and equipment for preparing PCB microsections? Their salesman, who has been in the industry for a long time at least by my standards, says their stuff is widely used in the western US but remains little known in the eastern US. I am looking for a small, manual grinder-polisher and Allied has what appears to be a suitable one. Compunetics has a multi-mount fixture that does most of the microsection work for us, but a small one would be very useful to have much of the time.
I would welcome any information about Allied High Tech. Reply off-line if you do not want to post to TechNet. Thanks.
