I am sorry to say Keach has left IPC for family reasons.

He is missed!

I suggest contacting Habib Bilfaqi at [log in to unmask]

If he is not handling the issue he can steer you in the right direction.

Hold on.
You may have to unsubscribe first.
This is because you cannot have two subscriptions under the same name. I ran into that problem.
Keach Sasamori can help you with this. I have copied him.

Juliano,

I would start by going to https://www.ipc.org/ContentPage.aspx?Pageid=E-mail-Forums
and do it all yourself, so you won't miss a single interesting, fact-filled e-mail.

I would begin by subscribing to the forum from your NEW e-mail address.

Then, using your OLD e-mail address, under the "Example for Subscribing" heading, click on the "Additional Commands" to un-subscribe from your OLD address.

Alternatively, you could send a note to the help desk which is usually noted near the bottom of most forum communications.

Please note that here in the USA, it is a Holiday, so doing it this way you are not likely to get any response until Friday, possibly Monday at the earliest.

Good luck

Steve C
