Microsoft has had a subscriber service named "TechNet" but this is totally unrelated to the IPC peer-to-peer technical forum TechNet.

If you get the ZDNet newsletters you may see a msg with subject line like below, but don't worry-- IPC is NOT shutting down our TechNet.
