Rigo,

Google SonoLabs, a division of Sonoscan. They might be able to help you. Or at least they will let you know if what you're looking to do can be done.

Subject: Re: [TN] Non-destructive delamination inspection?

I apologize for not being specific.

I am trying to inspect a board that has already been populated with components and soldered. The delamination I am trying to detect is on the PCB.

Subject: [TN] Non-destructive delamination inspection?

Hi everybody,

Does anybody know if there is a non-destructive delamination inspection method around? Other than plain visual inspection I mean.

Best regards,

Rigo Garcia
