and consultant in materials , flexible circuitry, plastic packaging,
assembly and emerging technologies including MEMS, MOEMS and
Nanotechnology. He has developed getters, low cost plastic packages,
adhesives, underfills and laser tooling for MEMS and MOEMS. He has produced
over 500 articles, technical presentations and workshops. He has got many
awards etc...let's stop here so that it won't be seen as flatter.
