I do - and still have my K&E log-log-duplex-deci-trig-vector slide rule, manual and leather case.

I was at HP (Scientific Instruments Division) when the 35 came out. Employees were allowed to order them at a discount (list price was $395 as I recall). We were put at the back of the line for delivery. months later I left HP and assumed the order was cancelled.

I came home one day to find a small UPS box at my parents home. It was the 35!!

Prior to that I had only used desk calculators (HP, Freiden, Wang) - the 35 blew me away.

I've got three HP calcs now, four counting the iPhone app.

The only problem I ever had with them is the green crud that appeared on the gold plated battery connectors. cured that with Nyogel contact lubricant.
