Hi TechNet - just wanted to say "thank you" for all the kind words today. 
I know that 25 years still makes me a "youngster" in comparison to some 
folks who have been in the industry much longer. Lots of hard work, good 
mentors, an open mind and a little luck allowing me to reach the 25 
plateau.  A favorite quote from I believe Einstein is "Experience is what 
you get right after you need it" so I hope 25 years equals a wealth of 
knowledge. 

Having such a talented group of engineers, technicians, scientists, and 
dedicated hard working operators of the TechNet community to ask questions 
and get sanity checks on topics certainly makes it easier to survive the 
work week. Thanks for everyone on TechNet for their assistance on the ugly 
questions/problems.

Just a quick note of congratulations to my evil twin brother, Dave 
Hillman.  He just celebrated his 25th anniversary of working at Rockwell
