We had an issue with foaming years ago. Using well water for makeup system, we decided to have it tested. We found we had a lot
Of microbes. Now we sanitize the system yearly to avoid this.

Or reduce the amount of flux going into the system. Overspraying or excessive flux drag-out can lead to the foaming.
Sometimes if excessive rework is being done with a lot of tacky flux, etc, you will encounter foaming.

I may have already asked this once, and I think I know the answer, but I'll ask anyway.



It's not a good idea to use defoamers in a closed-loop cleaner, right?



If we're getting too much foam in the wash tank, we should add another carbon bed, correct?
