Hi Steve

Your question remind me that I have to ask you something .

Do you have pictures of X ray inspection of soldered BGA components?

We try to improve our skills in detecting  solder ball joint failure.
It is not easy to detect this kind of failures and studying x-ray pictures known failures may help.

Best regard

Mordechai

We use Hysol 0151 by Loctite when we are allowed to use epoxy.  Most of the time our customers are asking for film adhesive now.
