Hi Ioan,
We are using full Aegis in our facility. We have model points for everything, including wire prep(cabling), test and mechanical assembly. These points in the factory model
Are where defects show up .

Subject: [TN] Cable, mechanical and coating defects

Dear Technos,

I'm setting the quality module in our Aegis system. All OK at PCB assembly, but I need suggestions regarding the defects to be logged in the cable, mechanical assembly, test and coating departments.

Any standard covering this? Of course, your personal input would be highly appreciated.

Thanks,

Ioan Tempea, ing.
