Folks,

I'm doing a little research and am trying to find out what other people do regarding Pick and Place, and would like your input;

For those of you who run a Pick and Place machine, do you utilise electrical test/verification?
What Pick and Place machines do you use (if you wish to say of course)
If so do you test/verify every component placed (R,C,D's) or just a few per reel?
If you don't carry out electrical test/verification how do you guarantee the correct part has been fitted do you use Bar Coding, Goods In inspection or other means?
Also do you kit your jobs or is your line permanently set up to cater for all cards assembled?
