An excellent low-outgassing two-part epoxy is Armstrong C7 resin with hardener "W".

Subject: [TN] 2-part epoxy for pcb repair
Good afternoon,
I am drawing an absolute blank trying to remember the 2-part epoxy that I've used in the past for PCB repair (sheesh)!
Can anybody refresh my memory? The little epoxy packets from Circuit Technology Center are pretty pricey. I remember that I used something else, but can't remember what it was?
Thanks!
Steve Gregory
