I do not have any experience with Semiconsoft. For thin film measuring, we
use Filmetrics devices on a daily basis to measure our parylene coating down
to the micron. I do know we have had a great experience working with them.

TechNetters,
Anybody know anything about a company called Semiconsoft Inc who make a
device they call MProbeUVVisF for thin film measurements?
