Hi some of you, do not have a clue about how many work with ICs daily.
Anyway, have uploaded 4 very advanced papers about GaAs. The papers are 10
years old but the principles for modeling and manufacturing are the same
today.
Example: Accelerated Lifetests for High-Speed 0.5-ìm InGaAs PHEMT Switches
Another paper describes the whole process for qualifiication of InGaPs
for Avionics
As Joyce said, it is no easy to get such background documents today.
