All fluxes for In soldering should be halide free as In is attacked by
halides.

Gel or tack fluxes with the same fluxing abilities as their solder paste
analogues are readily available. 

Getting fluxes to "activate" at reduced process temps is not so much of an
issue, but generating full no clean properties might be, discuss with
supplier.

Be sure to use a compatible flux, one that activates at a lower temperature.

An Indium alloy solder paste will have the correct flux.

It is when preforms or solder wire are used. 

Typical paste activates around the melting point of 100% Indium.

Learned this from an inherited hand solder and vapor phase assembly.
