They were very sloppy emptying the machine.
That solder is worth about $5k in bar form.
Your solder supplier will pay top dollar for it.

Check the manual how to heat it up and scoop it out.
It should be similar to the initial melt in a machine.
I have emptied several of these pots and not left 200 lbs behind.
