I downloaded the whole thing for quick access.  Looks like a broad range of technology, with many papers that would be virtually impossible to obtain otherwise.  I can't say I've found a "the key to everything that matters" in there, but great background material.

Actually, it's pretty much job to study lots of papers and select good ones for Technet

There may other fora who might utilize my Dropbox, but I have hesitated to widen the clients.
