Subject: [TN] Please suggest DFM Reference material

Hello Technetters,

I have been assigned to give a class in DFM to our engineering team. As a QA guy I have some experience with defects, but I am definitely not a designer. I plan to enlist the help of our PCB designer and manufacturing engineer to do this.

Can anyone suggest some reading to help me prepare a lesson plan? I'm pretty sure no one is going to mistake me for an expert on this topic, but I would like to at least deliver some useful information.

I do have a copy of IPC-2221B. What else should I read?

Best regards,
Raye Rivera
