T-netters;
Thanks to all who supplied infomation regarding my inquiry regarding flex designs.

Is anyone aware of any specific guidelines / considerations that must be observed / taken when performing micro-sections on flex assemblies?
Specifically, flex designs that include SMT placements onto the flex substrate.
Of course, handling is a given due to the flex nature and probability of fracturing SMT joints.

Thanks in advance,
Rob Coburn
