Technetters, would someone clarify to me why IPC-9252A, Requirements for Electrical Testing of Unpopulated Printed Boards, in section 4.1.1 calls for testing midpoints for Level C? I have an opinion, but would like to know what the experts have to say.   Thanks for any guidance.
