I've got friends who are engineers at Teradyne.
The IEEE Reliability Society (I'm a member) has had many meetings there.
Their technology is very impressive and their concern for reliability is intense.
They have a large campus in North Reading, MA. If you're seriously considering their equipment I'd recommend a visit to their facility to see how they design and manufacture their products.
