Fellow TechNetters;

   When measuring wicking.   Is the measurement conducted on a sample cross section before a chemical etchant is preformed or after.   I get two distinct values.   Then if I include what is to belief the end of silver colored wicking is another.   What is the appropriate method?   Can someone verify the tolerance values printed on each category on the document.   It appears to me that they are not in the correct order.   I have be known to be incorrect in my logic.
