Rich,

Jak sie masz!

You might look into water jet cutting ESD table mats. Water jet is a relatively inexpensive process and the table mats are available in different colors & thicknesses.

Keep us posted, I might need to go in this direction one day myself!

Subject: Source of ESD Mats Suitable for in-line wash baskets

Does anyone have a source for soft polymer ESD grid mats (similar to screening but with ~ 1 inch openings) that would be suitable to go through an inline wash system?

The function of these mats would be to serve as a cushion to the bottom side SMT components as they get shifted by the wash jets.

Finding them ESD safe (safer/safe-ish ) is the challenge.

Thanks in advance.
