You could try something like an open ESD floor mat, cut down to size.  I'm not sure how long the natural rubber would hold up to your wash process or how much spray jet shadowing is tolerable. http://www.wearwell.com/Static-Control/Conductive-Mats/Modular-WorkSafe-Light-ESD.html
