I had some made up from Stone Mountain Tool. It was a composite material that was laser cut- it was not cheap but it has held up to two years of repeated washings through a saponified wash. Contact me off line for more information if you desire.

Subject: EXTERNAL: [TN] Source of ESD Mats Suitable for in-line wash baskets
Does anyone have a source for soft polymer ESD grid mats (similar to screening but with ~ 1 inch openings) that would be suitable to go through an inline wash system?
The function of these mats would be to serve as a cushion to the bottom side SMT components as they get shifted by the wash jets.
Finding them ESD safe (safer/safe-ish ) is the challenge.
Thanks in advance.
