House under water may be the best reason to move - especially if you are in the Rockaways or certain parts of Jersey.

There are more listings today than there have been for some time.
Not great, but much better than 2002, 2008 and most of the other years.
A little grey hair won't hurt too much.
The industry has not been able to hire a substainstial amount of new engineers for over 12 years.
I just started a new postion last month after a plant closing 4months ago.
It required a 400 mile move.
Single biggest issue is ability to relocate.
Family can keep you where you are, good reason not to move.
House underwater, bad reason not to move.
