I believe Altium Designer will do this too... In the Advanced options for comparing files '/project/show physical differences/advanced mode', Altium will give you the differences between two Gerber files or two versions of pcbs... It comes with the ability to open CAM files...

We are looking to implement a process for verifying the deltas between revisions of PWB artwork. I have tried a CAM compare of the gerber data but found that the system we use generates too may delta-points for simple changes like moving a copper pour outline. I have also tried a data base comparison using visECAD but it takes far too long to run and generates cryptic blank boxes with no explanation of what is different. I need a system/process that will generate a clear report of differences that can be run in process with engineering change orders, any suggestions?
