My last event at the San Diego IPC Designer's Council Meeting we had 48 RSVP's and 82 people showed up and the food and drinks ran out. Plus we had to bring in more chairs at the last minute. And if you do RSVP and then can't make it, please notify the event planners so they don't order excess food.
