If the spacing is too small, there is difficulty in PCB factory for creating the S/M bridge.

During exposure and developing, there will be side etch and resulted in over-hang of the S/M bridge that the bridge will easily peel-off causing a lot of problem in reflow.

QFP引脚间加不加阻焊，主要根据你的工艺设计与板厂的能力决定。一般0.4mm间距以
上应加，但0.4mm及以下一般最好不要加，加阻焊，一般厂家会将焊盘宽度减小，这样

    我们刚到的PCB板，发现所有QFP的引脚之间没有阻焊层，不知符不符合IPC标
 准，或者说IPC那条可以判断这样能不能接受。
