Ioan, oddly enough, just last night I finished going through S30-01 from the 2012 APEX EXPO. Author was Glen Oliver of Dupont. It has a short section on ENIG and frequency-dependent losses with flex materials. Louis Hart

Subject: [TN] High frequency, ENIG and no-clean

Dear Technos,

Can anybody point me towards papers talking about the influence of no-clean soldering and ENIG on high frequency performance?

Thanks,
