We also use Maestro depaneling tools. We order blades from Olamef.

We have also run into cracked components too close to the score line. I was able to alleviate this by making 3-4 small passes instead of one pass to separate. Adjust the blades accordingly. A little extra time, but no returns.

The second link is the manufacturer if I am not mistaken.

Subject: Re: [TN] "pizza wheel" equipment info needed

Phil,

We use Maestro depanelling tools. I wasn't able to find the mfr's website, but here are two that show the equipment:

http://www.olamefusa.com/e_depanelers.htm

http://www.cab.de/electronics/pcb-separators/

Only problem we have ever had is that occasionally we see cracked ceramic caps or inductors of they are too close to the v-score.
