Friend of mine had same problem. He looked at the special electronics
freezers and had forty fits at the prices. So he looked around and bought
some secondhand food equipment. Same manufacturer, near identical
design/layout, same stainless construction, clearly suitable for a
controlled environment. Price was about 2/3 less.
