It would be interesting to see a survey of the features that designers and
engineers find useful in the CAD tools and 'Features' that they would rather
not have to deal with in the CAD tools. 
Maybe rate them on their customer service, ease of use verses power to do
tough design tasks... level of technology, ease of design visualization,
support of DFM, DFT, DFA... integration with EDA tools, importing and
exporting, library creation... 

What criteria do you find important in a PCB Design tool? 
How would you judge a benchmark test of the CAD tools that are out there
now?
