Limiting the reply to ECAD Capture and Layout tools ....

Currently primarily using Cadence Allegro / OrCad PCB Designer with Capture CIS.

Previously have used Allegro with ConceptHDL, Mentor Expedition, Mentor Boardstation with DA, Altium Designer, OrCad Layout and to a lesser extent PCAD, Protel, and PADS.

I am most productive in the Cadence toolset .. when I have the appropriate licenses. Haven't come across a tool yet that has an offering that can match it's capabilities across the board for schematic capture, layout, autorouting, and analysis.

Of the other tools I use or have used I find Altium delivers a nice bang for the buck and can be mastered much quicker than most others.
