We use -0.0 +0.05 mm but then only use one hole, the other is a slot.
Semi-kinematic design.

Subject: [TN] Tooling hole tolerance

All - I'm looking for supporting documentation for;

the typical tooling hole to tooling hole tolerance.

I've gone thru IPC-222, 2615, 610 and even defunct D-275 with no luck.

Typically I specify +/- 0.003in (or 0.076mm) and sometimes +/-0.002in

Any help would be appreciated.
