"It depends" on "how long a piece of string is"! No one here can tell
you what the risks are for your particular case. We don't know anything
about your process. Only you can assess the risks after qualification
tests, taking into account the end use of your products and the
environment to which it is exposed and the hoped-for lifetime. That
having been said, using a paste designed for easy cleaning is a first
step towards nirvana and not cleaning no-clean paste residues is also
quite acceptable under some conditions.
