1.  The V Cut definition (angle, deep* *etc.)
2.  The pizza cutter depaneling machine maintenance and the sharpness of
the disc
3.  The PCB thickness
4.   Drilling holes at the V score corners of the small PCBs at the pallets.
is mostly important for reducing the mechanical stresses.
