Ok guru's

I have been tasked with developing a GO-NOGO standard for contact engagement on ELCO's Varicon(tm) bifurcated connector contact.   Seems our industry is having problems with spread fingers and we have been tasked with 100% inspection of contact engagement.
I already bent the ear of ELCO's parent company and they have contacted their engineering, so far the only thing I can find is insertion/withdrawl force of 2-16oz per pin.

I looked in the IPC index but couldn't find any standard listed and a search came up empty.   I know there must be at least a Mil-Spec on these connectors.
