I'm a passionate advocate for metric units, simply because it is more
"efficient" to use a single unit of measurement. Globally. We don't live in
cocoons any more - it's a global economy with global suppliers at all levels
of the supply chain. The sooner we all bite the bullet and realise this the
better.
Of course, if you want to be parochial, and xenophobic, and small minded
then stick with mils. <grin>
