I doubt I am the first Technetter to arrive but I did have to ask "Lisa" to put the "IPC Technet" ribbons out for consumption. They are yellow.
She said she would put them out but don't forget to ask for one if you don't happen to see them out. There are a lot of ribbons.
I am a little hesitant to wear the "My First IPC" since it has the date on it....but I definitely saw years listed that were way before my initial attendance.

If you are a committee chair; you get a small, horizontal ribbon to stick on the bottom of your badge. If you are a speaker, you get handed one at the speakers' breakfast. At a table near registration there are further ribbons
for:
1) International attendees (Yes, Canada IS an independent country, Mr.
Hillman.)
2) First year you attended APEX or its predecessor conference
3) If you are a TechNet regular
