Hello Fellow Technetters,
Anyone have any experience in using Grade 3 copper foil (IPC-4562, Type E, Grade 3, Class 2) for PWB inner layers? Concern at this end is the potential for inner layer separation(s) resulting from a reduced ductility with respect to either Grade 2 or Grade 10.
Thanks!
