个人建议:
1)发黑的助焊剂不能接受。发黑标明助焊剂已经碳化,有导电的危险。
2)发白的助焊剂不能接受。发白的助焊剂,可能为助焊剂没有完全挥发而留下的,含有腐蚀性成分。
以上两点是有外观方面的问题以及功能方面的担心。

3)高增益放大器,不能有助焊剂。助焊剂会改变输入输出之间的电阻,分布电容,会自激。高增益是指上百倍的放大,例如话筒的前级放大等。
4)高频电路,不能有助焊剂。助焊剂形成分布电容,引起漏电。

以上可以作为IPC的补充,灵活掌握。

你好:IPC-610中就有相关规定,在E版的10-42页中,从图上看不出是否有粘性和潮湿等。所以你要自己看下

缺陷- 2,3级
* 助焊剂残留物妨碍目视检查。
* 助捍剂残留物妨碍接近组件的测试点。
* 潮湿、有粘性、或过多的助焊剂残留物,可能扩展到其他表面。
缺陷- 1,2,3级
* 在任何电气连接表面上阻碍电气连接的免洗助焊剂残留
物。
