个人建议：
1）发黑的助焊剂不能接受。发黑标明助焊剂已经碳化，有导电的危险。
2）发白的助焊剂不能接受。发白的助焊剂，可能为助焊剂没有完全挥发而留下的，含有腐蚀性成分。
以上两点是有外观方面的问题以及功能方面的担心。
3）高增益放大器，不能有助焊剂。助焊剂会改变输入输出之间的电阻，分布电容，会自激。高增益是指上百倍的放大，例如话筒的前级放大等。
4）高频电路，不能有助焊剂。助焊剂形成分布电容，引起漏电。
以上可以作为IPC的补充，灵活掌握。

* 潮湿、有粘性、或过多的助焊剂残留物，可能扩展到其他表面。
缺陷- 1，2，3级
* 在任何电气连接表面上阻碍电气连接的免洗助焊剂残留
物。
