Thank you Steve.
Your willingness to provide a central site for us is greatly appreciated.
I don't think we can say this enough.

I have a follow up request from Liz (Bill's daughter):

Between my brother, Joe Felty and myself, we hope to reach everyone. Most
of you already know of my dad's passing, but we want to make sure we reach
everyone, so apologize for any repetition.
I have one favor and one question for all of you...First if you have any
remembrances, thoughts or words about my dad, please email them to me as I
am making a book for my mother, brother and myself. We love him dearly
and it has been and continues to be comforting to know that he was of such
help to so many. Second, is the question...my brother and I are cleaning
out the papers for my mom and I believe there is a medium Uhaul trucks'
worth of IPC, Nepcon and other chemical proceedings, books, journals,
papers, presentations, slides etc. Could this be of use to anyone??? If
so please contact me by the end of Febuary.
Thank you so much and have a blessed new year,

Over the past few years, Bill and I talked extensively and told me many
interesting stories from the past. He was kind enough to send me hard to
find papers and I scanned them into PDFs for the IPC. Not sure I want to
tackle a medium sized U-Haul's worth, but I know there is some valuable
stuff here.

What the hell. Hillman and I might just do a road trip, though we are
required to alert the national guard whenever we travel.

Liz,
Your father will be greatly missed in our industry. He was a great great
man and one of my mentors early in my career at IPC. A great part of what
I am today I can attribute to his patient teaching and his willingness to
share his information, insights and his wisdom. I always enjoyed our
conversations and correspondences.

The IPC Technet server strips out all attachments, so if you forward your
father's obituary directly to me, I will see it gets properly posted for
the community to view.

Hi all, I am Bill's daughter, Liz. Sorry to use his email but that was
the only way I knew to "reply all" (I am not quite as computer savy as my
dad)
His passing was sudden and a shock, but we are thankful that he did not
suffer in any way. We also know that the only reason his loss hurts so
much is because of how much love we had for him. As I have been going
through his email (>6000 emails!) and papers, my heart swells with pride
and graditude that he had so many friends and collegues all over the world
doing such important & interesting work. He valued his contacts so much
and truely enjoyed his work.
It has warmed my heart to know how you miss him, thank you for your kind
words. I have attached his obit, any and all of his friends are welcome at
his memorial service May 26th at 11am at Lower Brandywine Church in
Wilmington, Delaware. His ashes will be scattered this summer in the
Adirondacks per his request via canoe and with bagpiper.
If anyone has any questions, words, photos etc., I can be reached at:

Thanks again for being part of my dad's life, hug you loved ones today and
every day in the new year.
Sincerely,
Liz Kenyon Tiller
