It depends. If it is process control, 10 min. If it is vendor qual, until the curve stabilize (slop approach to zero). If it is took very long time, need to understand why and what kind of stuff come out. I am just a curious type.

10 or 15 minutes is very commonly specified.
However, a better answer is: extract what you're interested in, but not more. If you are starting with the assumption that what you're looking for is reasonably soluble in 75/25, then the 10 to minutes is likely appropriate.
What you watch for is asymptotic decrease in extraction rate, and compare that against your pass/fail threshold.
If you are ANYWHERE near your pass/fail threshold, I highly suggest reading ILAC-G8.
